On the outside, my life looked ok—enviable even. On the inside, something felt off.What I didn't realize then, was that I was shedding something ancient: I was being called to let go of old learnings that had served me in my youth, but that now—in a new context—were no longer useful.This shedding process was deeply uncomfortable—it brought up feelings of repressed shame, helplessness, and self-doubt.With the help of compassionate guides, however, I made it through.
